Im the wrong side of 30 and a curvy size 18, I've moved around alot with my husband who was in the army and have looked after our son who has high functioning autisum and ADHD.

Now that my husband has left the army after serving 24 years and our son is 16, I feel it's now time for ME.
It's time to put me first and I thought doing this YouTube channel would be a great way to help keep me focused on selfcare, self love and wellbeing.
