I just got the blueprint level 2 for riot armor.
It's basically the same as the epic junk armor.
Maybe just a blueprint level 3 to be 100% the same but in durability and shield it's definitely equal to all armor as a whole.
Save resources and make cheaper armor for the same results.

I used the universal tool without the tomato soup meal to cut down oak trees, bad news 😔 it gives you 17 instead of 20.
I just wanted to see if it would collect the same as iron hatchet 🪓
Nope! But universal tool can gather copper, sulfur, and iron the durability is great.
No more pickaxe when going to quarry 🤓
Final note, DO NOT CUT DOWN OAK TREES WITH UNIVERSAL TOOL!
I cut down 10 oak trees and got 170 total, I lost 30 oak 🤦
Now you guys know 😔👍

I just found the blueprint for universal tool 🤓
I wonder if it only works on trees or rocks as well?
If you're a free to play player it takes time to find blueprints.
Trust me I know the struggles being 100% free to play in this game.

I have been trying so many times to screen record and the app is not working, it turns off without saving the video for me to show you guys.
I will try to go live later today and see if it's the app or my device having problems. Or I will have to download another screen recording app 😩 I'm looking into why this is happening.
I've been in Burlington map a few times and recorded every time I was there, I don't have a video for you guys to post until I figure out what the problem is.
