🌿How I'm going to store dill this year - not just in the freezer!🌿

Friends, you know how fragrant dill is in June, and I got 2 full basins from a small garden, which fit 1.5 kg of dill. Because of this, this season I decided to go further than just freezing - I'm going to try some non-standard storage methods. I share my ideas 👇

🔹 Dill butter - I chop the dill with butter, form a sausage, and freeze it. Then I just cut a slice and put it on hot potatoes... mmm 😋

🔹 Dill salt - I dry dill and mix it with sea salt. A flavorful seasoning that will replace store-bought mixes.

🔹 Vinegar cubes - I put dill in ice cube trays, pour vinegar over it and freeze it. Then I add it to marinades - perfect for cucumbers!

🔹 Dill vinegar - infuse herbs with apple cider vinegar. Then I use it in salads, dressings or fish.

Dill is not just a green herb, but a real treasure if you store it wisely 😉.

So it's time to harvest the first crop. In buckets, the cucumber harvest really ripened even earlier than in the greenhouse, and the number of cucumbers harvested from two plants is impressive.
