I am working on a video on living in sync with your menstrual cycle and I need your input.
I am working on the script and found myself diving fairly deep into explaining the menstrual cycle and what goes on in the body to help understand why you feel a certain way during each phase in the cycle.
Should I keep all of the explaining in or would you prefer a separate video where I go deeper into the actual workings of the menstrual cycle and tracking it and only give the lifestyle advise in this video?
