Steep meets Brew

Welcome to Steep Meets Brew!
We’re Anisha and Nisthul — two souls from two very different worlds. One from Delhi’s hustle, the other from Kerala’s calm. One a psychologist and storyteller, the other a visual creator behind the lens. One a Christian, the other a Hindu.

Our paths crossed like two perfectly brewed cups of chai and coffee — different in flavor, but rich together.

This is where our worlds blend. Through our content, we invite you into our life of contrasts and connections — capturing everyday stories, slow living, vibrant cultures, mindful travel, and the magic in the mundane. From exploring hidden gems to sharing insights on mental wellness and creativity, this is our little corner of authenticity and art.

So sip something warm, get comfortable, and join us on this beautifully brewed journey of love, learning, and everything in between.

Steep meets Brew

When an Ola ride ends in trauma — and silence.
On July 10, my husband was in a serious road accident while taking an Ola Auto to work in Bangalore.
He sustained a fractured ankle, and trauma — requiring surgery, physiotherapy, and months of recovery.

We reached out to Ola hoping for support — documentation, driver details, or a report to help file insurance and police complaints.

But so far, we’ve only received a CNR number.
🚫 No driver name
🚫 No vehicle number
🚫 No accident record
Just one repeated line: “We will only contact you by call.”

This post is not to blame — it’s a genuine appeal for help, clarity, and support from the platform we trusted. A wife trying to care for her injured husband while navigating systems that are hard to access without basic information.

If you or someone you know has gone through this — please share your experience or guidance.
And if you take Ola regularly, swipe for steps to protect yourself.

Behind every ride is a real person.
Behind every case number, a family trying to move forward. @olacabs we are still awaiting response
