I made a big mistake, and it's time to correct it.
So what did I do that was wrong? First off, I had several videos that got a lot of attention, and I immediately became intrigued with that entire process of getting attention. A young lady had told me a few months earlier that people want shorts. You have to be short and sweet, otherwise nobody pays attention to anything. She's right, but not nobody. And the addictiveness of social media is real.
I'm a polymath. I follow the philosophy of parsimony, which even a Google search defines incorrectly, suggesting it means a tightwad or a spendthrift, as opposed to the true definition, which is someone who follows Occam's razor or the KISS philosophy: keep it simple. I'm an autodidact, and I'm a stoic. I'm also a storyteller, and I like to teach. I'm extremely good at connecting dots and taking very complex ideas and breaking them down into something simple. That's what I'm doing. That's what I am going back to doing.
Here's what pushed me over the edge. Back in early May 2026, I put together a detailed piece on how AI can be influenced, how search engines can be corrupted, and how the end result is propaganda dressed up as accepted philosophy. I tied it to the COVID narrative pushed by the US government, China, and Fauci. I tied it to the rampant inaccuracy on platforms like Wikipedia. And I tied it to the growing number of peer-reviewed scientific papers that get quietly retracted after being exposed as plagiarized, fabricated, or simply wrong. It was a fantastic piece. The dots were connected. The argument was airtight.
And it died on arrival.
The moment you stop drinking the Kool-Aid on a topic like COVID, the algorithms shut you down. Views go from hundreds of thousands to dead in the water. I was frustrated, so I did a little research, and I came to a conclusion: this is tilting at windmills. It's spitting into the wind. Who cares? The platforms don't want substance. The algorithm doesn't reward truth. So why would I keep dressing up my work to court a system that's rigged against it?
So here's the change. Boring header. Boring video. Damn good content. You don't judge a book by its cover, and from here on out the cover is plain on purpose. If great content is what you're looking for, you're in the right place. If you need to be entertained with fancy graphics and Hollywood-style animations, this is not going to be your thing, and that's fine.
The old videos that are up here, I'll probably just leave them. One day I may get around to taking them all down. But what I am going to do is do what I do, because I am what I am, and I'm not going to change that for any social media platform. Period.
If you like this channel, follow it. It's been renamed to my name, not any one of my companies. Subscribe, follow, share. If not, leave, go away, whatever suits you is fine with me. I'm not spending another minute chasing an algorithm that punishes honesty. I like the ability to listen and do other things. Sitting around being entertained by short videos, fancy graphics, and Hollywood-style animations is not my cup of tea, and if it turns out not to be the cup of tea for most people, that's fine too.
I'm going back to doing what I have always done. I will opine, elaborate, and connect the dots. The people who like me, love me. Those are the people I'm here for. If you enjoy this, fantastic. If not, life is too short to do anything other than move on.
