Thanks to @PianoDoctor for giving me the confidence to remove the keys for cleaning! The junk underneath was causing a few keys to stick. Cleaning it fixed it! 👍
My heart goes out to the family of Mark Ferguson @investfourmore this weekend. I kept finding myself thinking about him all weekend. He will be missed by those of us in the real estate/ investor community.

Remember that standard 6-9/16" jambs will be too thin when using Zip-R sheathing. These jambs will end up being 7-3/4" thick!
