And here we are pivoting, adapting, and rebuilding when life throws you a curveball at 50+.
This channel is about real life after 50 —

This Wasn’t the Plan at 50
Hey everyone! ❤️
I just wanted to let you know I haven't disappeared.
I've been hit with the worst summer flu I've ever had, and today it's 105° outside, which definitely isn't helping. 🥵 I've been trying to rest and get my strength back, so I haven't been able to work on new videos.
I'm sorry for the unexpected break, but I promise I'll be back as soon as I'm feeling better. I have a lot of ideas and can't wait to get back to sharing them with you.
Thank you all for your patience and support—it really means a lot. ❤️
See you soon,
Kristy

This Wasn’t the Plan at 50
Hi everyone.
Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and enjoying life.
I have been down with a migraine; I get them every time I do a detox. Do any of you ever get migraines? ...If so, you know just how life stopping they can be.
I am feeling better for the first time in days and will be getting a new video done soon. I haven’t forgotten y’all. Just a short break.
In the meantime be kind to each other, enjoy the wonderful day God has blessed us with, and I will see you soon.

🚨 LINKEDIN WARNING 🚨
After everything I've been through over the last two weeks, I feel obligated to say something.
My LinkedIn account was compromised, and a fraudulent job posting was created using my business information. People are still applying to that fake posting and sending resumes that contain personal information.
What concerns me most is that those applicants may now be exposed to phishing attempts, scams, identity theft, or other problems. I know firsthand how stressful and time-consuming these situations can be.
I have reported the issue multiple times and have been unable to get it fully resolved. There is no customer service phone number to call, and I still cannot close the account because the fraudulent job posting remains active.
My personal advice? Review your LinkedIn account today. Remove any information you do not want publicly available. Enable two-factor authentication. Monitor your accounts.
And honestly, if you already have a job and don't use LinkedIn anymore, consider whether you need all of that personal and professional information sitting online at all.
This is not me telling anyone what to do. This is me sharing my experience and warning others after spending two weeks dealing with the fallout from a compromised account.
Please be careful out there. The scammers are getting smarter, and job seekers are becoming one of their favorite targets.
