As a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), I treat everything from broken bones, other trauma / sports injuries, foot wounds, calluses, thick or ingrown nails; you name it! Being a physician is a serious job, but we can have a lighthearted side too. That's why I created this channel- to make medical themed videos for fun, while also helping to answer your questions.

Welcome to the world, Eva 💕🎆

July 3rd was well over a week after my due date, so I filmed a video joking about still being pregnant… then another about how funny it would be to have a Fourth of July baby. Seconds after filming, my water broke.

So naturally, ‪@doctormyro‬ and I had a celebratory pizza then headed to the hospital!

Labor went better than I ever could have imagined, thanks in no small part to the MVP: my epidural. At 4:35 PM on July 4th, Eva was here, just in time for fireworks.

I’ll never forget hearing that first cry as she’s placed on my chest, and watching her little eyes open as she looked at the world for the first time.

We celebrated her 0th birthday with a long awaited sushi boat and came home yesterday as a family of three. 💕
