Tempo Riven Update #1!!

This is where I'm currently at with my testing. Piltover is missing some images so will be using Rift Atlas for right now

Notes:
- Riven Leader ability is very strong and can lead to nice counter plays
- Can do some really cool plays with Tideturner and The Syren
- Irelia has great synergy with this current package
- Trying to avoid having to use Astral Heron in this build

Introducing a Budget Series just for YouTube!

Each week I'll build a deck for under $100 USD as voted on by the community

I'll post:
- The deck list and how much it cost
- My reasonings behind each card choice
- Alternate substitutions

Purpose:
- I noticed a lot of new players started following me so I want to help give them insight into deck building and give them a good starting point for an affordable price

This poll will only be for my YouTube community to please vote below ❤️
