Tel Ganesan is a philanthropist, writer, and serial entrepreneur whose line of business includes Staffing, IT, Health & Wellness, and Entertainment (Film Production & Distribution; Music). Tel has created business ecosystem templates, such as Pitch Club, to bring together startup entrepreneurs and investors.
He started a not-for-profit organization to help underprivileged women and children, toward a sustainable life focusing on education, employment, and entrepreneurship. Tel has been interviewed on numerous TV and radio programs. He has been a recipient of several prestigious awards.
He hosts a podcast called "American Dream Guru" and is the author of the book "The Pursuit". His book promotes entrepreneurship and pursuing one's version of the American Dream as a means of healing a divided country and helping to save democracy. Through his "Global Harmonic Resonance Project," he promotes an abundance mindset to overcome scarcity and can seek solutions for global issues.

One of us crossed an ocean from India with an American dream. The other, Terry Lee Flenory, grew up on the streets of Southwest Detroit with the world stacked against him.
Different roads. Different storms. Different worlds entirely.
But today — Father's Day — we stand here as brothers, as fathers, as proof that the path you came from does not define the man you choose to become.
Fatherhood is not a title. It's a decision you make every single morning. It's showing up when it's hard. It's being the person someone else needed and never had. It's looking at a child — yours, or someone else's — and saying: I will be your way forward.
To every father out there — biological, chosen, or still becoming — you are the epitome of what this world needs more of.
Happy Father's Day. Don't just celebrate it. Internalize it. Live it. Be it.

Four years ago, I had one of those “did this really happen?” nights.
Jamie Foxx invited us into his home in LA, and it turned into a live private show—music, comedy, and on‑the‑spot impersonations that had everyone doubled over.​
Somewhere between the jokes, we fell into deep conversations about India, spirituality, and how faith and gratitude keep you grounded when life moves fast.​
Then we took that energy to Miami: late‑night celebration, bright lights, and a sea of people vibing with the same message—enjoy the blessings, but never forget the Source.​
