Reliance Industries’ subsidiary, Reliance Intelligence, and Meta’s Facebook Overseas unit have formed a joint venture, Reliance Enterprises Intelligence, with 70% and 30% stakes respectively.

The ₹855 crore venture will develop and distribute AI services using Meta’s Llama models and Reliance’s enterprise reach. It plans to build AI-ready green data centres and offer affordable AI solutions across education, healthcare, and agriculture in India.
