I have normal to oily acne prone skin. This is my night time skincare routine during monsoon.
Step 1 Use a gentle cleanser that does not strip your skin. I’m using the Round Lab 1025 DOKDO CLEANSER. It contains glycerin, allantoin, panthenol, butylene glycol, beta-glucan, hyaluronic acid and ceramide NP.
Step 2 After patting your face dry apply toner or serum. I’m using the Dr. Sheth's PDRN ampoule serum. It contains niacinamide, glycerin, hyaluronic acid blend, tranexamic acid, ceramides, matrixyl, panthenol, allantoin, retinaldehyde, bakuchiol and squalane.
Step 3 Apply retinol serum or cream. I’m using the formularx Renaissance gentle retinol complex serum on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. It contains niacinamide, glycerin, bakuchiol, retinol, sodium hyaluronate and hydroxypinacolone retinoate aka granactive retinoid.
Step 4 Use an oil free moisturiser. I’m using the formularx barrier plus peptide ceramide moisturiser. It contains glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, shea butter, ceramides, cholestrol, allantoin and peptides.
