So, General Mkhwanazi has said Shadrack Sibiya is a criminal, and Commissioner Fannie Masemola ordered Sibiya to stay at home while he conducts his investigations and is contemplating officially suspending Sibiya for his wrongdoings. In today's explosive video, we give you all the reasons why General Mkhwanazi is saying Sibiya is a criminal. When Senzo Meyiwa was shot dead in Kelly Khumalo's house, Sibiya, despite having been fired by the police, was one of the first people to arrive at the crime scene and he literally destroyed evidence by managing the crime scene after he was phoned by Chicco Twala. Secondly, whenever Cat Matlala encountered problems with police officers, he would just call Sibiya and tell him what he wants, Sibiya would get Matlala's 'problems' solved. Matlala himself even bragged out it in court!

Do you now know why Brown Mogotsi arranged a meeting for Sibiya and Senzo Mchunu to disband the Political Killings Task Team and to take away those 121 dockets soon after the task team raided Matlala's office and house? By the way police were looking for Jerry Boshoga when they raided Matlala's house and office. They had received information that Matlala was involved in his kidnapping. Then in April this year, 3 police constables were instructed to leave Bloemfontein at night after being assigned on an Operation Vala Umgodi mission in Polokwane, as if there was no one from Limpopo who could have done the job. Guess what, it was Sibiya again who led the team that was responsible for searching for the three constables and Sibiya's team never found the 3 constables until a week had passed when Gauteng emergency medical services (EMS) personnel were called by members of the public to retrieve the missing officers bodies.

Had the EMS team not found the bodies, Sibiya's team would still be searching for those police officers to this day. What is shocking is that, it was Sibiya again who was quick to rule out foul play, even though General Masemola had said he can not rule out anything until investigations are complete. But for Sibiya, foul play was completely out. To him, the three constables are to blame for their own deaths. He says they caused their own deaths through their carelessness.
