Hi, my name's Eleni. I'm a UK-certified & accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner.

Based in Athens, Greece, I provide 1:1 therapeutic coaching services for kids and adults using the research backed version of EFT/tapping.

On my channel, you will find practical self-regulation tools. You can also learn about the different levels of clinical EFT Tapping. You will also find loads of resources on safe, age-appropriate applications of EFT Tapping in school settings for learning, mental health self care, mental health first aid, emotional self-regulation, and staff well-being.

Want to work on a specific area of your life together? I offer personalized EFT sessions in English, Greek, and French online and in person.
