Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura dedicated his life to spreading Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's teachings. His scholarship was profound and extensive. He remained celibate throughout his life. He established 64 Gaudiya mutts and printed many books and magazines to spread Krishna consciousness. His foremost disciple, Srila Prabhupada, continued his mission by starting ISKCON in New York in 1965.✨
