Assume the below while voting:
Same profile means the same responsibilities that you are doing in your present company being offered by the new company.
New profile means new responsibilities being offered by the new company.
Decent pay rise means more than 30%.
Ok pay rise means between 15% to 30%.
Less pay rise means between 5% to 15%.

Cost to Design or Design to Cost?
When a project is designed with a predetermined budget in mind, it is referred to as design to cost.
When a design has been identified and the budget is calculated based on that design, it is said to be cost to design.
Some may now counter that at different phases, both must be used in combination.
Which option, in your opinion, would be the best?
