The focus of this channel is pantry cooking from scratch and food preservation. I love to can food that I grow and I will also be sharing recipes that I enjoy making. I will always follow and promote approved recipes and food safety handling.

I am not claiming to be an expert on any topic and I am sharing how I do things myself and I highly recommend that you research anything you see on my channel from other resources too, so you can make an informed decision for yourself.

Heather inspired me to make and can this soup before I even tasted it and it’s so so good! French onion soup is so versatile in the kitchen.
