Great news today Vietnam signed up a massive "Belt and road" style agreement for train and transportation from China to VIetnam making supply chains from China to Vietnam must faster and easier.

As things become published i can say what I have known

So starting 15/4 Sim cards need to be biometriced to VN E ID and the same with all land in Vietnam to the person's ID as well.

Land part doesn't affect None Vietanmese as you cannot own land, no matter what your favorite youtubers tell you.

The sim card part is up for debate, i'll stick to my thoughts of 95 days they will auto nuke Sim cards so Visa running will now include a side of Sim card buying.....Maybe
This part is just an educated guess, not factual as of now.

Sorry about the short Live stream today, i was called and messaged at mass during and had to cut.

We'll be leaving Vietnam here in the next few days, so with this no NEW Live streams next week most likely

I think its TIME to have a vacation the WEATher is to HOT in Vietnam right now for me.

Just a final update April 15th if you DO NOT bio metric your sim card you will be cut, this was a decree and law pushed last night that is being enforced at the highest level so don't forget to do this or you cannot order that amazing Vietnamese Bahn Mi grab food

Today's live stream we ran into some youtubers stating you can "TEACH ENGLISH" in Vietnam without a degree

Decree 152 which was replaced by Decree 219

Makes it very clear that teaching English locally, private, centers, or in a farm town REQUIRE a degree and work permit

It is ILLEGAL to work as an English Teacher in Vietnam a decree, there is legit NO means around this with any loop hole or short cut.


Always do your research, do not just take flashy videos as life advise to pack up and move on a hail mary plan.
