Why do I post videos? To share my story and help people, to make even one person feel less alone, and feel like there is hope.

What topics will I be posting videos about? My life, my journey, sharing my story and experiences. About being a spoonie, having chronic illness, mental health struggles, positivity and helpful tips for dealing with life after grief. I also plan on sharing more on what it’s like being an adult who’s come from a broken home and constantly dealt with addiction around me, how I became who I am today, and being the daughter of an incredible single mother.

My mom always taught me to help others, and this is where I’ve landed to tell my story. I want this channel to be a safe space and a wonderful community that is open and caring. This will be a very open channel discussing things that our society views as taboo.
