Apologetically Unapologetic
Hey everyone,
I wanted to take a quick moment to give an update. Normally, I record our weekly videos on Thursdays while my wife and kids are at school, but this week looks a little different. Our two-year-old daughter came down with a stomach bug, so I’ve been on full-time dad duty.
Because of that, I’ll be pushing this week’s videos to next week to keep things on schedule without creating a gap in content. I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding — family comes first.
If you would, please keep my little angel in your prayers for a quick recovery. 🙏
Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. I can’t wait to get back behind the camera next week and dive into what’s next for Apologetically Unapologetic.
— May God keep you and bless you.

Daily Devotional – Christ Our Solid Rock
Scripture Reading
“For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 3:11 (ESV)
Reflection
Every life is built on a foundation, and the strength of that foundation determines how it will stand in storms. Scripture makes it clear: only Christ is the unshakable foundation.
R.C. Sproul: “If we rest our hope on anything other than Christ, we are resting on sinking sand.”
C.S. Lewis: “Relying on God has to begin all over again every day as if nothing had yet been done.”
Tim Keller: “Anything you look to more than God to give you meaning will crush you. Only Jesus can be the foundation that holds.”
Charles Spurgeon: “Christ is the Rock of Ages, and all who build upon Him are safe for eternity.”
John Calvin: “Our salvation is firmly founded upon Christ alone, for He is the cornerstone chosen and precious.”
D.L. Moody: “Christ is the true foundation, and when you are anchored to Him, you cannot be moved.”
Warren Wiersbe: “If you build your life on Christ, storms may come, but they will only prove the strength of your foundation.”
Apologetics Insight
Our faith is not built on wishful thinking but on the historical foundation of the resurrection.
Lee Strobel: “The evidence for Christ’s resurrection is strong enough to build your life upon—it is not blind faith, but reasonable trust.”
Frank Turek: “If Jesus didn’t rise from the dead, Christianity collapses. But if He did, it is the only firm foundation for truth and life.”
Sean McDowell: “The disciples didn’t die for a metaphor; they died for the risen Christ they had seen and touched.”
Josh McDowell: “The resurrection is the bedrock of our faith—the solid rock that makes Christianity unique and trustworthy.”
Application
Examine your foundation: are you building on Christ or on shifting sands of self, success, or security?
Rest daily in Christ’s unchanging promises.
Share with confidence that faith in Jesus is both spiritually secure and historically reliable.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for being my solid foundation. Keep me anchored in Your truth and grace. When storms come, remind me that my life is built on You, the Rock that cannot be moved. Amen.

Daily Devotional – God’s Perfect Peace
> “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” — Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)
---
Reflection
Peace is one of the greatest needs of the human heart. The world chases peace through possessions, power, or pleasure, but Scripture promises peace through trust in God.
Voddie Baucham: “The problem isn’t that God has not given us peace. The problem is that we have not trusted Him enough to rest in it.”
R.C. Sproul: “The only way the Christian can have true peace is to rest in the sovereignty of God.”
C.S. Lewis: “God cannot give us happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.”
Tim Keller: “Peace is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of God.”
Charles Spurgeon: “Peace without Christ is merely the peace of the dead. The only real peace is the peace of God reigning in the heart.”
John Calvin: “True peace is not found in earthly prosperity, but in God alone who calms our hearts.”
D.L. Moody: “A great many people are trying to make peace, but that has already been done. God has not left it for us to do; all we have to do is enter into it.”
Warren Wiersbe: “God’s peace is not a shallow optimism but a deep confidence that God is in control.”
---
Apologetics Insight
The search for peace is universal, and the gospel offers what nothing else can.
Lee Strobel: “The case for Christ isn’t just about truth—it’s about finding peace with God through Him.”
Frank Turek: “If Christianity isn’t true, then we’re left searching for peace that never lasts. But if it is true, then Christ is the anchor for our souls.”
Sean McDowell: “Christianity explains not only why we long for peace but why we can never find it apart from Christ.”
Josh McDowell: “The evidence for Christianity is overwhelming, but beyond the facts, the greatest testimony is the peace of a transformed life.”
---
Application
Guard your mind by fixing it on God’s promises daily.
When anxiety arises, remind yourself of His sovereignty.
Share the message of peace in Christ with others who are searching.
---
Prayer
Father, thank You for the peace You offer through trust in You. Fix my mind on Your truth and help me to rest in Your sovereignty today. May my life reflect the perfect peace found only in Christ. Amen.
