Today was all about that cardio, and the grind did not stop! I got out there and crushed a 2.3-mile walk, and checking my watch at the end of the day... we are sitting at over 12,1850
steps! 🎉 (Honestly, lost track because the momentum just took over!)
Navigating this reset while on my GLP-1 journey has been all about listening to my body, staying consistent, and locking in that discipline. One more day left in this reset—let's finish incredibly strong!
