Zero to SaaS

If you want to start something — or you're already stuck in the messy middle —
this is what determines where you are going and who you become.

I spent today thinking through one question:

How should a human actually operate their life?

I started with messy thoughts in my notebook.

Then I kept reducing them until I found a simple model:

The System holds the model.

The Operator executes.

Reality gives feedback.

Experience builds capability.

Capability upgrades the System.

The loop:

I → S → O → R → E → C → S′

Input
→ System
→ Output
→ Reality
→ Experience
→ Capability
→ Upgraded System

And the core is:

ADAPT + IMPROVE.

Adapt:
Let reality change the goals, definitions, rules, frameworks, and system whenever needed.

Improve:
Use experience and results to make what works better, remove what doesn't, and upgrade the system.

Even those two principles can evolve.

Because the OS is not reality.

Reality is.

I also found two questions that control the direction:

FUTURE:
Is this the life I actually want to build?

PRESENT:
Am I actually living / experiencing something I value now?

So the goal isn't to build a perfect system.

It's to build a useful one, operate it, expose it to reality, learn from what happens, become more capable, and keep upgrading the model.

I wrote the raw version by hand first.

Then I turned it into the full framework.
