🌿 Acne Skin Remedy by Ayurveda :
According to Ayurveda, acne (Yauvan Pidika / Mukhadushika) mainly occurs due to imbalance of Pitta and Kapha dosha, along with impure blood (Rakta dushti).
Key Ayurvedic Remedies:
• Diet correction: Avoid oily, spicy, fried, sugary, and junk foods. Prefer light, cooling foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• Herbal support: Neem, Manjistha, Turmeric, and Aloe vera help in blood purification and reducing inflammation.
• External care: Apply fresh Aloe vera gel or Neem paste to calm redness and prevent infection.
• Lifestyle balance: Adequate sleep, stress management, and regular exercise help maintain hormonal balance.
• Detoxification: Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (under guidance) help cleanse excess Pitta from the body.
✨ Ayurvedic approach treats acne from the root by balancing doshas, purifying blood, and improving digestion (Agni).

🌸 AyurVeda Talks:✨ Healthy skin begins with seasonal balance.
Seasonal Skin Routine: Winter ➝ Summer Transition (Ayurvedic Guide)
As we move from Shishir (late winter) to Grishma (summer), accumulated Kapha starts melting and Pitta gradually increases. Skin may become oily, sensitive, or prone to rashes and tanning. Ayurveda recommends adjusting skincare gently.
🌿 Simple Ayurvedic Skin Care Tips:
🔸 Switch to Light Cleansing
Use mild herbal cleansers like neem, rose, or sandalwood instead of heavy cream-based products.
🔸 Choose Cooling Ingredients
Apply aloe vera gel, cucumber juice, rose water, or sandalwood paste to calm rising heat.
🔸 Reduce Heavy Oils
Shift from thick oils (like sesame) to lighter oils like coconut oil for massage.
🔸 Gentle Exfoliation
Use besan (gram flour) with turmeric once or twice weekly to remove excess oil and dead skin.
🔸 Hydrate & Cool Internally
Increase water intake. Include coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruits, and seasonal vegetables.
🔸 Sun Protection (Ayurvedic Way)
Apply sandalwood, aloe vera, or natural herbal formulations before sun exposure.
⸻
Stay aligned with nature, stay glowing!

🌿 Ayurveda & Seasonal Change: Winter to Spring (Shishira to Vasanta)
In Charaka Samhita, the transition period between two seasons is called Ritu Sandhi, a delicate phase for the body. As winter (Shishira) shifts to spring (Vasanta), the accumulated Kapha dosha from the cold season starts melting due to increasing warmth. This may lead to cough, cold, allergies, heaviness, low digestion, and lethargy.
🌼 Ayurvedic Guidance During This Time:
• Eat light, warm, and easily digestible foods
• Include spices like dry ginger, black pepper, turmeric
• Avoid heavy, oily, and very sweet foods
• Practice daily exercise (Vyayama) and dry massage (Udvartana)
• Support digestion and detox gently
This seasonal change is the perfect time to balance Agni (digestive fire) and maintain harmony of the Doshas through proper Ritucharya (seasonal regimen).
⸻
🌿 Seasonal transition from winter to spring is a crucial period in Ayurveda. Proper diet, lifestyle, and detox practices help prevent Kapha-related disorders and keep the body light, active, and balanced.
