China Laundered 2.4 -2.6 trillion dollars through the Canadian Real estate market since 2010 - March 2024. Making it impossible for local Canadians to get into their own housing markets. Australia was 1.9 trillion of Chinese money . And New Zealand a country with 5.5 million 841 billion Laundered by Chinese . Creating bidding wars and artificial shortages. Most Americans will look at these home and say that's a ghetto or its to rural. I'm living in a 2 stoplight village in rural Canada and anything decent starts at 600k .
