I used to blame everything on my tinnitus, and since accepting it, my life has changed. Tinnitus isn't the end of a happy life-and l'm here to prove it.
For as long as I can remember, tinnitus has been a companion. I'm now 24 years old, and after many rough years, I have finally begun to live happily. My tinnitus hasn't gone away, but my negative response to it absolutely has.
When I was struggling to cope, the search for reliable information was a struggle itself. I made this channel in hope to reach you at the point in your journey where you need it most.
Our community has grown so quickly!

Today at work reminded me why tinnitus awareness matters so much.
Seeing people right at the start of their tinnitus journey took me straight back to that place of constant fear, the overwhelm, and the feeling of being brushed off with āyouāll just have to live with it.ā
What felt important today was being able to show up in a way I WISH Iād experienced. Just sitting with someone, really hearing them, and not brushing away how hard it feels, because Iāve been there myself.
Even on days where tinnitus feels okay for me now, I NEVER forget how heavy those early days were.
If youāre in that place right now, it wonāt always feel this consuming and I hope my videos give you some comfort in times of needš©·

Living with tinnitus can be incredibly lonely.
The isolation of the noise is what inspired me to start posting on social media back in 2021. The advocacy I have done has helped me to remind myself (and others) that we werenāt aloneš©·
But I also knew⦠scrolling and comments werenāt always enoughā¦
Thatās why The Tinnitus Journaling Club includes online live workshops with others who truly understand, a space to be seen, heard, and supported in real time š„°

For the longest time, I spent so much energy trying to control my tinnitus, and honestly, it just made me more frustrated and exhausted.
Iād obsess over the ringing, worry it would never end, and feel like I was constantly losing.
Over time, I realised that the more I accepted it and took tiny, gentle steps each day, the calmer I started to feel.
It hasnāt disappeared, but life feels lighter, and Iāve learned that I donāt have to let it run the showš©·

š± Celebrate more wins ā noticing progress, big or small
⨠Open The Tinnitus Journaling Club (February!!)ā a safe space for reflection, connection, and online workshops together

Some days, tinnitus just wonāt quiet down. Mine has been like it for the past few days since being congestedš©
And thatās okay. Weāre not failing, weāre just responding to what our nervous system needs right now.
This post is a gentle reminder:
⢠You donāt need silence to care for yourself
⢠Youāre allowed to show up in small ways
⢠And loud days pass, your care for yourself is what lasts
If you ever want a little extra support, reflection prompts, or a space to journal alongside others who understand, the Tinnitus Journaling Club is here February 2026šæ
Take a breath. Take a moment. And let today be enough.

Today might have felt like a flat walk, just putting one foot in front of the other with no end in sight.
But take a closer look at the path you have traveledā¦
Those flowers? They are the growth you didnt notice while focused on the climb. Each one is a moment you chose to keep going, a day you managed the noise, a bit of resilience you built along the way.
Flat days are still part of the journey. A plateau is not a lack of progress. You are not just climbing, you are blooming with every step.
Keep goingšāØ

If tinnitus feels louder at Christmas, youāre not imagining itā¦
The season is noisy, overstimulating, and exhausting. Iāve been there and over the years Iāve picked up a few things that help.
I hope this post gives you some practical ways to protect your nervous system, without overprotecting or panicking.
Youāre allowed to do Christmas differently. And most importantly, donāt feel bad for saying ānoā.
Wishing you all a Christmas break full of joy and happiness āØš
