Though we might not be spared from sadness or grief in this life, the God of the universe is with us through it all. He's given us the GIFT of a Sound Mind as opposed to a spirit of fear. This song is a reminder of that simple truth.. a reminder of the promise we receive through Jesus!!

When we find ourselves in seasons of life that are overwhelming or filled with uncertainty, we look to the Gospels and find hope in the words of Jesus.
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus says, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of God.” When we become aware of our needs and depend on God, we inherit His Kingdom.
One of the greatest examples of this in Scripture, is Mary, the mother of Jesus - in her response to the angel Gabriel. She says, “Be unto me, according to Your word.” We don’t know every answer, or what life will look like in every season, but our prayer and our response should be like Mary’s; “Be unto me, according to Your word.”
For us in 2022, it’s a relief to hear that Jesus is still on His throne today. 🌏🤍 Though we might not be spared from sadness or grief in this life, the God of the universe is with us through it all. In Timothy, God promises us a gift of a “sound mind” as opposed to a spirit of fear. Or maybe the best news is that He is both the Alpha & Omega, our beginning & end of the story.
We pray 🙏🏻 that as we give language to what #GoodNews looks like in life for us today, that YOU are filled with hope & relief as YOU hear these living words of the Gospel of Jesus. He is & will always be our Good News 🙌🏻 Stream & save anywhere you listen to music! ✨ #Jesus#IveGotGoodNews#Worship
