It’s a bit counterintuitive to be hiding out during #MARCHintosh. I haven’t made a video or livestream all month. All for a good reason.
I’ve been spending that time hunkered down working to get the demo version of Adventure! wrapped up. A very beta release is available on #GlobalTalk if you participate. Including the draft game manual. It isn’t widely distributed yet and requires running natively on a PowerPC.
By the end of March, I hope to have the emulated version of the demo ready for distribution. The game will be wrapped in Mini vMac for Windows, Linux, and OS X.

I did a bit of retrobrite the last week.
A Macintosh Plus, keyboard, and this mouse pocket thing from Kensington. They turned out pretty good. The Plus was through the immersion method. The keyboard and this mouse pocket were with the brushed on cream technique.
Results were good. I wonder if Kensington, or another vendor, ever made a keyboard pocket to go on the other side of the case.
No livestream again this Saturday. Last camping trip of the season starts Friday. I should be able to next Saturday, Sept 28th.

So, I did a thing.
Adventure!, my mostly text adventure game, has a website - quackofdawn.com/.
I will post progress updates and eventually a demonstration version of the game for download.
The “schedule” is to have a draft of the manual for the game and editor by #MARCHintosh 2025 with box sets ready for purchase at #VCFMW 2025.
