This is a great kit to pick up - I don't have the cordless circular saw (I have the corded one) but I have all the other ones and I used each one when building out my basement (and many other projects)! Drill and driver for pre-drilling and driving in screws, Multi tool for flush cutting trim and bottom door jambs, Reciprocating saw for demo and other hard to reach cuts, and the circular saw for ripping OSB sheets down to size. Hear me out! 
This isn't a standard tool that you'd typically see me post about, but it's definitely a part of my safety gear that I use every time I'm in the shop. This is what I use for hearing protection while using loud tools and equipment - these have active noise cancelation technology built into them to soften the noise coming from your tools (think lunchbox planer) but not enough that you couldn't tell if something was wrong (think table saw blade being pinch - you can still hear the change in tone and know something is wrong). There are plenty of different earbuds like this on the market, but these are the only set I can speak to, having used them for a few years now.
