We are excited to announce that our book, "Growing with Love: How Unconditional Love Shapes Our Brain and Life," is now live on Amazon in both print and Kindle formats. We wrote this book because we are passionate about the positive impact that unconditional love can have on children's lives.
Through our book, we explore the many benefits of unconditional love on children's brains, including improved emotional resilience, self-esteem, and cognitive development. It is our hope that this book will inspire parents, caregivers, and mental health professionals to prioritize love in their interactions with children.
As the famous psychiatrist Dr. Bruce Perry once said, "Children are such curious creatures. They explore, they question, and they learn. But most importantly, they need unconditional love and support from their parents and caregivers." Let us all commit to providing our children with the love and support they need to thrive.

Dear viewers,
I am excited to share some news with you today. After much thought and consideration, I have decided to rebrand my channel to Growing Minds TV. This new name better reflects the direction of my channel and aligns with my mission to provide practical tips and strategies for promoting children and teen mental health.
As a Children & Adolescent Therapist, I believe that our minds are like gardens - they need nurturing and care to grow and thrive. That's why I chose the name Growing Minds TV, to represent the idea of cultivating healthy minds and supporting mental wellness in children and teens.
I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with all of you, and I hope that you will continue to support me as I strive to make a positive impact in the world of mental health. The name Growing Minds TV is not only more suitable for the brand, but it also creates a more memorable name that will resonate with viewers.
Thank you for being a part of my journey, and I look forward to sharing more mental health content with you under the new name, Growing Minds TV.

Philippians 4:6 is a powerful reminder to focus on being thankful. I recently underwent eye surgery and should be focused on healing, yet I'm worrying about my finances and what I'm doing for myself. In truth, that worry is misplaced - results don't happen overnight, and where I am now is due to God's grace. Being present in the moment, counting my blessings, and letting go of stress and worries will help me find the peace that comes with contentment. Through this verse, God reminds us that we should recognize his goodness in each moment of our lives, giving us the strength to meet any difficulties with hope.
Aiming for instant success should not be my primary focus; instead, the emphasis should be on the message I am sending out into the world. For example, my goal is to help others reach their potential and meet their objectives – whether that's through advice, support, or tangible resources. Asking myself daily - 'am I really helping people achieve their goals?'
Time is precious and every moment counts - how can you make an impact in the lives of those around you? Dedicate part of your day to empowering others; while it feels wonderful seeing them achieve success, there's something even more rewarding about making a conscious effort to help another person grow.

The journey of doing YouTube hasn't been easy. From making videos that don't receive any views initially to those that hit the triple digits in record time, I've experienced it all. Yet the uncertainty of success doesn't stop me from delving into mental health topics and sharing stories of success on mental health. Whenever I do see my videos start climbing, I feel a sense of hope. The aim is clear: I want to ensure people know they are not alone in their struggles and help spread mental health awareness. My channel hopes to serve as a source of encouragement and comfort in times when people may feel isolated or helpless with issues they are dealing with.
I understand the desperation of feeling isolated and not having anyone to turn to with your mental health challenges. It's a terrible sensation that I wish nobody ever had to experience. That is why my channel exists - as an avenue for people in need of comfort, support, and companionship during their journey towards healing.
