For over three years since the onset of Covid-19, Ido Hair Brisbane has proudly offered complimentary haircuts to many individuals experiencing homelessness—month after month, without fail.

Today, we share that this chapter has come to a close. As the number of homeless individuals in Brisbane City has significantly declined, we believe our regular volunteer service is no longer needed in this area. It’s a hopeful sign of progress, and we are grateful to have witnessed it.

We will now take a moment to reflect and recalibrate, with the intention of seeking out new communities in greater need—where our skills and care can once again make a meaningful difference.

This journey was only possible thanks to you—our incredible clients who have supported Ido Hair Brisbane with trust and love. Your continued patronage empowered us to give back to society in ways that truly matter.

We remain committed to making Australia shine a little brighter.

Free Haircuts

Every second Sunday of the month from 5-7 PM, we provide free haircut services.

For those experiencing difficulties in life, everyone is welcome to receive a free haircut. However, due to limited volunteer hairstylists, only a limited number of slots are available.

Location: ido hair education studio Level1. 187 George Street, Brisbane

Time: 5-7 PM, every second Sunday of the month. This month's date:10/ August 2025

Target Audience:Homeless and Anyone facing hardships in life

🏠 경매(Auction)로 집을 구매할 때 유의할 점

1. 경매에 나오는 집들의 특징
경매에 나오는 주택들은 종종 일반 매물보다 가격이 다소 높거나, 상태(컨디션)가 좋은 경우가 많습니다. 이는 매도인이 좋은 조건으로 판매하려는 의도가 반영된 것입니다.


2. 리저브 가격(Reserve Price)
대부분의 경매는 리저브 가격, 즉 매도인이 설정한 최소 판매 희망 가격이 있습니다. 경매에서 최종 입찰자가 나오더라도, 이 가격에 미치지 않으면 매도인이 판매를 거절할 수 있습니다.


3. 디파짓(Deposit)
경매에서 낙찰될 경우, 계약과 동시에 보통 **10%의 계약금(디파짓)**을 즉시 지불해야 합니다. 단, 경우에 따라 5%만 준비된 경우라도, 사전에 부동산(에이전트)과 협의하면 가능할 수 있으니 미리 문의하시기 바랍니다. (이는 매도인과의 사전 합의가 필요합니다.)


4. 사전 점검 리포트
경매 전 보통 3~4주 동안 오픈 하우스가 진행되며, 부동산 측에서는 일반적으로 **빌딩 및 해충 검사(Building & Pest Report)**를 준비해둡니다.
단, 이 리포트는 판매자 측에서 준비한 것이므로 기본적인 참고용으로만 보고, 중립적이고 정확한 점검을 원한다면 개인적으로 인스펙터(검사관)를 고용하여 확인할 수 있습니다. 부동산에 요청하면 사전 방문 일정 조율이 가능합니다.


5. 대출 승인 여부 확인 필수
경매는 **무조건적인 계약(Unconditional Contract)**이므로, 낙찰 즉시 계약이 성립됩니다. 따라서 사전에 **대출 승인이 가능한지 확인(PRE-APPROVAL)**을 반드시 받은 후 참여해야 하며,
낙찰 후 계약을 이행하지 못하면 계약금(보통 10%)을 몰수당하거나 손해배상을 청구당할 수 있습니다.


6. 경매 전략

감정에 휘둘리지 않도록 반드시 자신이 감당 가능한 최대 금액을 미리 설정하세요.

경쟁 분위기에 휩쓸려 무리한 입찰을 하지 마시고,

너무 이른 시점에 입찰하기보다는 경매가 후반으로 접어들었을 때 신중히 참여하는 것이 좋습니다.
