They got secretly married when Stain was 20 and Nagant was 24. Since people who work for or under the commission aren't allowed to be together.
They both trained Izuku after Inko sold him to the Commission. To try to shield him from the toxicity of the commission they adopted him in secret.
Nagant flipped on the commission when Izuku was 9. The chairman of HPSC, always treated Nagant horrible up until he SA'd her. Afterwards she snapped and killed him.
Stain only stayed with the commission for Izuku but after he figured out what they put him through when Izuku was 14. He snapped and flipped on the commission, and k!lled 6 higher-ups on his way out.
He was on the run up until the Commission set him up by sabotaging Ingenium. Which he was framed for hurt and later arrested in Hosu.
When Nagant and Stain were in prison they were forced to stay on opposite sides of the prison, so that they wouldn't talk about what they knew or plot to escape.
After both Nagant and Stain were arrested, Izuku was forced to take Stain's possession in the commission. While, Hawks was forced to take Nagant's.

He's Terrance's and Valerie's (Vanessa's sister) son.
About a month after the prank Terrance lost custody of Fritz, because he bailed Mike out of legal trouble and took the blame for the prank. Afterwards Jeremiah Fritz Jerald or Jeremy, took Fritz in for Terrance.
Terrance didn't visit Fritz after Jeremy took him in because he was afraid he'd risk Jeremy not getting custody of him.
A few months after Terrance's disappearance/death, Jeremy took Fritz to Freddy Fazbear's for Cassidy's birthday to try and cheer him up. Jeremy Left Fritz to use the restroom, after Jeremy left Fritz decided to explore a bit and wandered back to the Parts and Service room, where he saw the other Missing Children's bodies. Where, William killed him so he wouldn't tell anyone about the kids.
Fritz went on to possessing Foxy, and after a while he became close friends with the other children.
