Are you feeling tired, burnout, or exhaustion?

Experiencing burnout over the past two years has been such a challenging journey for me, but its also inspired me to create a tracker to support others in their recovery. Im hoping this will help people monitor their progress, implement healthy habits, and regain balance in their lives. My goal is to empower others to overcome burnout and rediscover their potential.

Instead of just ghosting you all for two months while I deal with my burnout I am going to create a five part series where you can tag along with me as I (hopefully) kick burnout to the curb. 

Because let's face it, we can't just quit our jobs and escape for two months every time we feel burnout.
