The Executive Leadership Dialogue 2026 concluded on Day Three with a dinner and award night, bringing together participants to celebrate excellence, appreciate contributions, and mark the close of an impactful leadership engagement.
Beyond celebrating the achievements and contributions recognised during the evening, the gathering reinforced the importance of collaboration, strategic partnerships, and a shared commitment to institutional growth and sustainable innovation across Africa.

Peace Building Development Consult
Day Two of the Executive Leadership Dialogue (ELD) took participants to the palace of the Emir of Katsina for an engaging experience that brought leadership, culture and dialogue together.
With lectures continuing at the palace, the day highlighted the importance of creating spaces where leaders can exchange ideas, learn from different perspectives and explore approaches to sustainable institutional growth.
The visit also provided an opportunity to appreciate the importance of traditional institutions in leadership and community development, while continuing conversations on collaboration, institutional growth and sustainable impact.
