I want to be open about something, because many of you have followed my journey for a long time.

Over the years I’ve struggled with binge eating linked to ADHD, disrupted sleep, and restless legs. When my weight has come down in the past, my sleep and nervous system improved dramatically — to the point where I could finally sleep properly again. That’s not about appearance for me, it’s about quality of life.

I’m now trying to fund access to a GLP-1 treatment privately, as it isn’t currently available to me through the NHS. My hope is that it will help quiet the constant hunger/noise and give my body and nervous system a real chance to stabilise.

Rather than asking for donations, I’ve created something in return — a private teaching vault sharing how I actually work with tarot, numerology, karma, and manifestation, answering questions I’m constantly asked.
