Welcome to my channel! This is a safe space for those who are looking for support or education around endometriosis, or just a friendly face to share life chapters with! My channel is a mix of my chronic illness journey, motherhood, and everything in between!

Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed with a chronic illness or are on your way towards finding answers, know that you are not alone in what you’re going through!

*not providing medical advice - just a channel created by a patient who shares her personal journey and the research she’s found🤍 If you have any new, changing, or recurring symptoms - it's always good to get it checked by your doctor.

15,000 of you (which should be a happy thing). But in a weird way it’s sobering … it shows me that so many of you know the same pain, discomfort, dismissal, confusion, and lack of awareness around endo that I’ve felt for years.

15,000 who tune in and join me alongside my own journey for answers as I show up (oftentimes anxious behind the camera) on this small slice of the internet.

15,000 who comfort others on my channel. All of you showing up for others as they start their journey. I see it when it happens and it reminds me that this isn’t my channel - it’s ours. A safe place to ask questions, learn and grow, together.

Thank you for being here, and for allowing me to show up imperfectly and vulnerably every step of the way.

Hello! It’s been a whirlwind month here. How’re you? How’s your journey been this August? I took some breathing room from posting to focus on some family pieces, but really excited to come back to filming soon!

A September reminder: Rest is not laziness. Canceling plans is not letting people down. Advocating for yourself is not being "difficult." You know your body better than anyone else in the room. Keep trusting that. Always important to keep talking to a doctor about what you’re feeling - you’re deserving of support 🤍🤍

Advocacy with endometriosis shouldn’t feel like a full time job. I put together an advocacy handbook to help every step of the way (in doctors appointments, relationships, and politically for more awareness for endo). 71 pages of pure support - just for you 🤍🤍

I recently had a flexible sigmoidoscopy to investigate my recent bleeding. I share my experience, the prep, clips from the day of my procedure, and an honest chat around the uncomfortable/ painful parts. At the end of the video I share my results 🤍

Curious if you’ve had one done and happy to answer any questions you may have that I didn’t answer in the video! 🤍

If you’ve ever left a doctor’s office feeling smaller than you walked in, or if you’ve been told “it’s just a bad period,” I see you. If you’ve ever found it difficult to explain your pain to those in your support circle, I see you. If you’ve ever wanted to advocate politically to increase endo awareness, I see you.

My endometriosis advocacy handbook is here to help you every step of the way. 70+ pages of pure support where you need it the most.
