Welcome to my channel! This is a safe space for those who are looking for support or education around endometriosis, or just a friendly face to share life chapters with! My channel is a mix of my chronic illness journey and everything in between!
Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed with a chronic illness or are on your way towards finding answers, know that you are not alone in what you’re going through!
*not providing medical advice - just a channel created by a patient who shares her personal journey and the research she’s found🤍

I don’t typically do vlog style videos on my channel (day in my life, etc), but I’m curious if this would be of interest? With such a busy schedule (work, motherhood, life in general) that I could put more videos out on a consistent basis that aren’t heavy research based / educational (like my current format). Let me know what you would like to see / if this would be of interest for more lifestyle videos!

April reminders:
You are seen.
Your experience matters.
You know your body best — trust what it tells you.
Rest is care, not laziness.
Your body isn’t against you — it’s asking for support.
Slowing down helps things grow.
You don’t need to explain your pain to deserve care.
Healing takes time — go at your own pace.
Saying “no” is a full sentence and an act of self-respect.
It’s okay to outgrow people, places, or care that no longer serve you.
You’re allowed to start over — as many times as you need.

Will be filming a video with Nick (my fiancé) this coming month around his advice, experience, and tips around supporting a partner with endometriosis. He’s been with me through thick and thin - and has first hand experience navigating flares and harder days. Feel free to post your questions down below that you’d love his insight / perspective on! 🤍

As we wrap up the week, I want to invite you to pause for a moment. Gently look back on the past few days — the ups, the downs, the quiet moments in between.
💛 was there a moment where you listened to your body?
💛 a time you said "no" to something that didn’t serve you?
💛 maybe you simply got out of bed and faced the day — and that is something to be proud of.
Whatever it was, big or small, pick one moment from this week that made you proud in your endometriosis journey. Feel free to share in the comments if you feel comfortable to share <3. This is a space where every win matters.
I’m so proud of you, always.

Today marks the first day of Endometriosis Awareness Month.
Endometriosis isn’t just “bad period pain.” It’s a chronic, inflammatory condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing severe pain, organ damage, infertility, and systemic symptoms that impact daily life. It can take years—sometimes over a decade—to get diagnosed, leaving so many to suffer in silence.
But silence isn’t an option anymore. We deserve better.
Thinking of each and every one of you on your own unique journey. You aren’t alone - together, we can change the narrative on endo.
