There are photos that capture a smile.

And then there are photos that capture a turning point.

These are one of those photos.

It was taken by my younger brother while we were living in Delhi. If you look at it, you might just see a young man stting beside a few bags.

But I remember everything that wasn’t visible in the frame.

We couldn’t pay the rent.

Because of a very personal situation, our landlord asked us to leave. Within a few minutes, everything we owned was packed into just a handful of bags and placed outside.

There we were.

No home.

No certainty.

No backup plan.

Just two brothers standing on the side of the road.

My younger brother was only 14 years old, and he was looking at me for answers.

I still remember the thoughts racing through my mind:

ā€œDo we give up and go back home?ā€

ā€œOr do we stay in Delhi and fight for the life we came here to build?ā€

I didn’t have the perfect answer.

I only knew that someone had to stay calm.

Someone had to make the next decision.

That day, I thought stress was trying to break me.

Years later, I realized it was introducing me to the person I needed to become.

Since then, life hasn’t become easier.

The challenges have become bigger.

The responsibilities have become heavier.

But my capacity has grown even faster.

That’s why today I don’t judge people by how confident they look when everything is going well.

I pay attention to how they respond when everything falls apart.

Because success isn’t built in moments of comfort.

It’s built in the moments when you have every reason to quit—but choose to take one more step forward.

That day in Delhi, I lost a room.

But I gained something far more valuable.

The ability to carry pressure without letting it carry me.

And that has been one of the greatest assets I’ve ever built.

I’M BACK.

For the last 90 days, I haven’t been active on YouTube.

The reason is simple: I went all-in on my own growth.

I spent these months focusing intensely on my finances, business, discipline, health, and personal development. It was one of the most challenging and transformative phases of my life. I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone, learned lessons the hard way, made mistakes, achieved wins, and gained experiences that completely changed my perspective.

Because of my absence, this channel lost 300+ subscribers, and that’s understandable. But to everyone who stayed, watched, supported, and trusted me—thank you. It means more than you know.

Now I’m back with a new version of myself.

Going forward, this channel will not only be about overcoming porn addiction. We will talk about holistic self-improvement—discipline, mindset, fitness, productivity, purpose, finances, and becoming the strongest version of yourself.

The last 90 days gave me a lot of lessons, and I can’t wait to share everything with you through upcoming videos.

This is more than a YouTube channel for me. It’s a mission.

If you’re still with me and ready for this new chapter, comment ā€œREADYā€ below. šŸ‘‡

And this time, I need your support:
āœ… Like the videos
āœ… Share them with someone who needs them
āœ… Subscribe if you haven’t already

Let’s grow, transform, and build something powerful together.

The comeback starts now. šŸ”„šŸ’Ŗ

A subscriber sent me this message saying, ā€˜You are like Bhagwan/God for me because your content helped me so much.’

Honestly, I don’t see myself as a Bhagwan, guru, or someone above anyone else.

What makes me happy is knowing that the videos are helping people unlock the strength, discipline, and potential that already exists within them.

Everything I’ve shared on this channel comes from my own struggles, lessons, and experiences. If my content has helped even one person take control of their life, that’s more than enough for me.

Thank you so much for this comment. It means a lot. ā¤ļø

And if you’re new here, subscribe to Integrated Men. I’m back, and there’s a lot more value coming your way.ā€ šŸ’ŖšŸ”„

Multiple times I ask myself —
why am I doing all this
just to get 100 views?
And then a comment like this shows up.
And I realise…
somewhere in a corner of the world,
there are people who look like my past self,
quietly changing their life.
That’s enough.
That’s what keeps me going.

ā€œMost people just talk. Very few walk.ā€
You 🫵 must read this post.
The person in the picture above is one of them.
Nine months ago, when he joined my Implementation Group, he was deeply stuck in self-doubt. He questioned whether he could ever quit this addiction…
whether a normal, fulfilling life was even possible for him,
or if he was destined to live in self-loathing forever.
Fast forward to today—almost nine months later.
He hasn’t missed a single call.
Not one.
He is a completely new person.
His personality has changed from the inside out.
He is more grounded, more aware, more confident.
No doubts. No excuses.
Ready to face the real struggles of real life, not escape into fantasy.
This didn’t happen just because he was in the Implementation Program.
It happened because—even at his lowest point—he had belief.
He had will.
He held onto hope when it was hardest to do so.
If you’re currently battling the same struggles he once faced,
this might be your wake-up call.

Here’s the link to book a Clarity Call and check your eligibility for the Implementation Program.

It’s paid (₹999) because we don’t allow people who aren’t ready to go all in.
Some people talk.
Some people act.
Decide who you want to be.
