Beloved Alchemists, in my EFT meridian tapping masterclass I’ve spoken about the importance of moving the energy through the body so our intuitive pipes don’t clog.
The last couple of years, due to immense emotional stress caused by family betrayal which also forced me to cut off my entire family, I noticed that my body had started to store the heartbreak, shock and stress energy under my chin. For the first time in my life I developed somewhat of a double chin coupled with bad posture with forward head tilt, rounded shoulders from carrying all the pain in my heart and as everything connects — hello stiffness and anterior pelvic tilt! Bloating in the lower belly area and lymph stagnation throughout the body.
Stress can make you sick and kill you. Leave narcissistic abusive relationships asap!
I started crunching that emotional trauma away by doing exercises etc but something was missing… then my intuition told me “lymph massage” and when I did that, my intuition spoke again and said “tongue and teeth”…
I went online to research and see if my intuition had a point and I bumped on this fantastic video by @stopchasingpain , which basically says it all.
I felt called to share this for those who may find benefit in it.
The body houses the spirit!

I DO NOT USE AI FOR MY THUMBNAILS!
Dear Alchemists, some transparency because one of you wrote to ask me about this and I felt called to address this openly: I have revamped my channel with new thumbnails. They are not made by AI.
I create them all manually on Canva (free version even).
My photos are 100% photos taken by my partner (or myself putting my camera out on a tripod and filming me posing, then screenshotting, editing and voila!).
I do not Photoshop my photos also. I am way more confident when I pose for photos because I used to model alongside being a music artist and energy healer and my face changes and ''sits'' differently than when I am chilling and talking to you on a video, when I am on ''teaching mode''. I often look younger/fresher in photos and music videos than in real life because I know how to position my face, this was literally my job. I have make up on these photos even if minimal. Sometimes I line my lips additionally but that's it.
These photos are not AI photos of me.
The location is my beloved river that I live close to.
My camera and lens cost me nearly 2000€ so of course it looks good!
Here some of the thumbnails that attracted attention and the original photos.
I airbrush sometimes the skin of my face because the way the daylight falls on human skin can be harsh and show too much texture for my liking but I never change my features.
