GROWING WITH KRISHNA
In the year 2017…
my life paused.
After years of trying…
praying…
hoping…
I finally conceived.
I thought the struggle was over.
I was wrong.
Just 10 minutes before the incident…
I lay on a hospital bed.
Five months pregnant.
Doctors whispered outside.
“The cervix is open.”
“The baby won’t survive.”
My world collapsed.
No strength to cry.
No questions to ask.
Only one name in my mind.
“Krishna…”
Four months of bed rest.
Needles.
Medicines.
Fear every single day.
I spoke to my baby inside.
“Stay.
If Krishna wills, you will stay.”
Before this…
I was a software professional.
Five years in the industry.
Deadlines.
Meetings.
Ambition.
I thought I had control over life.
I was wrong.
He was born.
Warm.
Alive.
I smiled.
For one day.
Next morning…
Empty cradle.
NICU.
Machines.
Wires.
Doctors said,
“Surgery.
We don’t know the outcome.”
Ten days…
Watching him fight.
He survived.
That day I knew:
He was not mine alone.
He was God’s gift.
I left my career.
I chose motherhood.
I chose surrender.
Years later…
another storm arrived.
My son changed.
Anger.
Blame.
Disconnection.
I lost patience.
I lost myself.
One night…
Tears.
Silence.
Again… I called out.
For me, it was Krishna.
For you, it can be any God you believe in.
Faith is the bridge.
This time…
God didn’t change my child.
He changed me.
I learned.
I grew.
I softened.
And slowly…
My child changed.
My home changed.
My life changed.
Lesson
Life teaches everything…
when we surrender instead of resist.
