🎯 How I Learned to Be Consistent in Fitness
1️⃣ The Struggle
Staying consistent with fitness can feel impossible. I’ve been there—skipping workouts, emotional eating, and feeling like I was stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. Life, work, and doubt always seemed to get in the way.
2️⃣ My Turning Point
Five years ago, I decided enough was enough. After years of ups and downs, I realized that consistency wasn’t about doing everything perfectly—it was about showing up, even on the hard days.
3️⃣ Key Lessons I Learned
Start Small: I committed to just 2 workouts a week. Once that became routine, I increased it.
Track Your Progress: Seeing small wins (like lifting heavier or adding muscle) motivated me.
Plan Ahead: Meal prep and scheduling workouts became non-negotiable.
4️⃣ My Strategy for Consistency
Set Clear Goals: Focus on why you’re doing this. Mine was to become muscular with abs. Gain confidence.
Create Daily Habits: I started meal prepping 1-2 days in advance and always kept my gym gear ready.
Accountability: I checked in with myself weekly—was I sticking to the plan? If not, I adjusted instead of quitting.

The person more successful than you has put in more reps, if you want to be equal or better...put in more time and reps than they did. If that means working on the weekends then do it...because most people dont.
