Martin Valsted - Piano and Jazz
Martin Valsted is a danish pianist and composer. Has played with numerous of popular danish artist during the last 15-20 years.
A few years ago, Valsted’s solo works became a greater part of his career. He began releasing his own compositions and projects, with 14 singles since October 2020. The singles were well received from the start, and have found an audience around the world.
Over the years, in the world of pop, Valsted has worked with celebrated artists such as Bryan Rice, Maria Montell, Tamra Rosanes, Erann Drori, Anders Blichfeldt, among others. Moreover, in the world of jazz he has collaborated with musicians such as Chris Minh Doky, Hans Ulrik, Benjamin Koppel, Bobby Ricketts, Thomas Hass and Alex Riel.
Music has been the livelihood of pianist and composer Valsted since his teenage years. Overall, he has worked in many different genres and found success with pop, jazz, rock, folk and his solo works as a pianist.
