Carla Woodcock has joined Kate Beckinsale and Katherine McNamara in ‘WHITE,’ the upcoming shark survival thriller directed by Jake West.

@highlandfilmgroup is co-financing the film and handling worldwide sales, with multiple international territories already pre-sold at TIFF.

ABOUT THE FILM:

Willa Harba, a struggling actress under pressure from her demanding studio boss, Barbara (Kate Beckinsale), is trying to catch her big break. While traveling overseas for a shoot with a self-obsessed star, their private jet crashes into the Pacific. Now the sole survivor, she’s stranded on the fractured wing with nothing but ocean around her. Her only lifeline is a satellite phone salvaged from the wreck.

When she calls Barbara for rescue, her signal is picked up by marine biologist Sam Swatek (Katherine McNamara), who delivers chilling news: Willa has crashed into the infamous White Shark Café, a stretch of ocean where great whites gather to feed. What begins as distant fins escalates into violent test bites and relentless attacks. Injured, isolated, and running out of time, Willa must fight for survival as the ocean becomes a killing ground.
