I am diving into Conscious Language this winter. With every fiber of my being I believe that when we speak we are casting spells. I have had a dialogue of toxic self talk, negative commentary thats been playing on loop in my mind since I was a kid. Its exhausting, and as I age and grow wiser I see how it has affected my life and those around me. So I am giving myself to learning a new language, a language of love. I will share as I learn. My number one man and one of a handful of men that never hurt me, my son. He has always been a good son, always loved me, was always an open book to me(a little too much at times🤣😂) He is 25 now and is the apple of my eye. He has an old soul, wise beyond his years, he sees things for what they are that most could never, he is old fashioned. Manners that are unmatched, a firm handshake with eye contact when he greets someone. Very respectful, and demands it in return, he knows his worth and is always seeking to be better than the day before. I am one proud mama
