Last year I was gifted a steel tongue drum that I loved. It kickstarted my journey back to playing and making music. This channel shares my playing progress with all of you :)
Right now it is very steel tongue drum heavy, as it's my primary love right now. However, I will in the future incorporate more as I get back to playing some of the instruments that I used to be able to play, as well as employing more music/video production techniques!

Wow, youtube reminded me that it is the one year anniversary for this channel. Last year when I started this it was to share my learning of the steel tongue drum and also to motivate myself to play better. A year later, I am still on the learning journey. Hope to hone my skills more, both in tongue drums, making music and also video production...

The chromatic companion drum for the Kosmosky New Wave 15 drum is finally here! The rope braids also add a real nice touch to the look! Now I have access to 2 full octave chromatic music scale for arranging and playing! Expect some good music pieces soon! 😍

Anyways, I heard feedback from some of you that you would like playlists that contains only a specific drum type that I have played, so I created 3 playlists featuring the 3 drums I have:
1. Kosmosky New Wave 15 G Major Drum - this gorgeous sounding drum is my latest acquisition. You will see me play this more and more hopefully. 2. Hluru/Beatrise 14note tongue drum - this is a Hluru drum that is resold under the Beatrise brand on Amazon. It has a more 'earthy' sound that I like that's different from the normal Hluru 15 note drums. It also sounds great when played by hand. 3. Hluru/Beatrise 15note tongue drum - this is the most popular Hluru drum that you hear everywhere - also sold on Amazon under the Beatrise brand. It has a very soothing/ethereal sound that makes it suitable for meditation. You will see many videos featuring a small companion drum that can extend the range to play more songs.
