Trauma Trash Bin (Throw it away here!)

If you carry negative beliefs planted in you by your parents—or people around you—during childhood,
you must uncover them through meditation.
They are stored in your subconscious and prevent your life from truly growing.
Find them.
And then, write them down in the comments to let them go.

Example comment:
“My mother once told me, ‘How can you live always chasing the lives of the wealthy?’
That set a limit that held back my growth.
I now declare: I release it today.
No one and nothing outside of me can define my limits.
My potential is infinite.”

Do not let the words of others rot inside your subconscious.
Write them all down here and throw them away.
You are a limitless, joyful being.

We will take the trauma you release here,
carry it into the deepest, darkest parts of the ocean,
and seal it away forever—never to return.

나 이외에 그 어떤것도 나의 한계를 규정 지을 수 없다. 나의 능력은 무한하다.

주변의 말들이 내게 들어와 나의 무의식에서 썩고있는 것을 방치하지 마세요.
이곳에 모두 적어 다 버리세요. 당신은 한계가 없는 행복한 존재가 될 것입니다.

우리는 귀하꼐서 적은 이 트라우마를 깊고깊은 심해의 바다 끝으로 가져가
