Did you know that The Best And The most Important Time to brush the Teeth is the Nighttime; last thing before you sleep!
This is because of what happens in your mouth while you sleep.
Here are more reasons;
1. Saliva production slows down at night:
During sleep, your mouth makes less saliva. Saliva helps wash away food bits and fight bacteria.
This means that Less saliva will give room for more bacteria to grow.
2. Food particles stay longer on your teeth:
If you don’t brush before bed, any food or sugar left in your mouth stays there for hours, giving germs time to attack your enamel, produce acids, and cause cavities and gum irritation.
3. Bacteria multiply faster at night
When the mouth is closed and dry:
Bacteria grow quickly and produce acids that damage teeth and cause bad breath.
4. Brushing with fluoride toothpaste before bed leaves a protective layer on your teeth for the whole night, when they need it most.
In Summary…
Even if you brush your teeth all day but Not brushing at night means that you are giving germs free entry to party on your teeth while you sleep!
Even if you don’t brush your teeth all day but Brushing it at night means everything; clean teeth with maximum protection while saliva is low👌💯
