Hey, I'm JShips, but my viewer base usually just calls me J. Every now and again, I will do a tutorial of a historical ship in Minecraft. I also have a few series's going on. "Brief History", a series where I explain a very brief history of certain ships premiers with Season 3 on December 6, 2025. I have a roblox series "The Last Routes (TLR) where I try to make the last routes of a historical ship in Tiny Sailors' world. I also have "Liner Living" where I built a house in Minecraft, exvept all the rooms in the house are based off of real rooms of from historical ocean liners. I have a variety of content on this channel, so I hope you all enjoy!

In Flanders Fields, the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row by row.
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow.
Loved and were loved, and now we lie,
In Flanders Fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you, from failing hands, we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders Fields.
"In Flanders Fields," by John McCrae, 1915.

OTD 50 Whole Years Ago, a large laker called the Edmund Fitzgerald, likely sprung multiple leaks in a storm that ended up sinking the ship, and so went her and her 29 crew. After the Fitzgerald disappeared off the radar of Arthur M. Anderson, the closest ship to her, and when Anderson saw Whitefish Bay, the place where the Fitz was heading, but didn't see her, Anderson put out a missing ship report. Unfortunately, the only option was to go back out and look for her. It took a day or two before Anderson found some debris and two horribly damaged lifeboats.
The 29 on board were fathers, husbands, sons, and had families. 29 lives cut short by the Gales of November. 29 Birthdays that their family's wouldn't celebrate.
"All that remains is the faces and the names of the wives and the sons and the daughters."
