Nicky Yoga Taipei Paris

每天早晨,我都會沖一杯 高蛋白 + 膠原蛋白,這已經成了我的日常習慣。

身體會誠實地告訴你需要什麼。長期練習瑜珈和運動下來,我注意到關節需要更多保養,還有運動後常常覺得疲勞、恢復比較慢。

補充膠原蛋白後,我發現關節在練習和日常中更舒服,恢復也快了許多。再加上高蛋白的幫助,肌肉修復更有效率,疲勞感也真的減少了。

這也是為什麼我每天都固定食用,因為它讓我能繼續堅持做我喜歡的運動、瑜珈和皮拉提斯教學,並保持在好的狀態。

來巴黎已經四年多了
今年終於覺得自己真正踏實地在這裡站穩腳步
或許是因為走出了舒適圈,逼自己成長
全法語環境下的社交、培訓、生活,漸漸地都習慣了許多。

一次次挑戰與突破後,
覺得自己更能掌握、也更能相信自己。
這份成長,讓心裡踏實,也讓我雀躍。

It’s been four years in Paris, and this year I finally feel like I’ve conquered a little piece of this place.

Maybe it’s because I stepped out of my comfort zone and pushed myself to grow.

Living, training, and socializing entirely in French, it all feels so much more natural now.

But in the end, it’s not really about conquering Paris, it’s about conquering myself.
Each challenge, each step of growth,
makes me feel grounded and truly excited.

Will keep learning and growing.

6 Yoga Poses to Release Shoulder + Upper Body Tension

If you sit at a desk, carry stress in your shoulders, or just need to open up your upper body — these poses will help you stretch, release, and create more freedom in your breath & posture.

1. Cow Face (Gomukhasana) – opens shoulders & triceps
2. Half Lord of the Fishes (Baddha Ardha Matsyendrasana) – spinal twist + shoulder release
3. Cow Face Side Stretch (Gomukhasana variation) – side body + ribs
4. Ribs & Side Body Stretch – deep lateral opening
5. Low Lunge Side Bend (Anjaneyasana variation) – chest & hip release
6. Extended Puppy Pose (Uttana Shishosana) – heart opener + upper back stretch

✨ Try holding each pose for 5–8 breaths.
✨ Move slowly, and let your breath guide the release.

The past weeks have been intense — long hours, new challenges, and so much to take in. At first, the stress and anxiety were overwhelming.

這段時間工作量超大,每天都要高度專注、有效率地完成任務,還要吸收滿滿的新資訊。師資培訓前兩天壓力大到讓我心跳加速,整個人焦慮不安。
