I tend to focus on the positive.
But likewise I join in the chorus calling out the atrocities revealed via the portion of Epstein-Trump etc. info that has been released, lest their crimes against humanity normalize in any way, shape or form.
My intention is to support the cessation of these acts happening now and again on Earth. I do this through spiritual practice, noticing the horrors surfacing, then focusing on the opposite polarity ~ rife with light.
And sometimes I roar, "NO!!!!"
Spotting what has been shadowed spurs transformation and leads us to the fullness of our co-existence as Earthlings held within our creation's exquisite equilibrium.
Feels Sisyphean and scary at times, but I know finding my words as best as I can contributes to our collective growth.
Now I take a break to settle my nervous system. I appreciate your listening and kindness.
