Lately I've been journaling everyday to help ground my energy in confidence and away from negativity bias which is where our brains usually like to go to.
But what if we intentionally focus our thoughts on the ways in which we are already skilled, on the wins we already have or even the things that come easily to us?
So much of our energy likes to focus on challenges, problems and difficult barriers. So let's give ourselves a break and focus on the ease that in fact we have taken time to cultivate and be proud of ourselves.
I hope this video helps shift away from the negativity bias and remember to save this video so you can come back to it and use these questions over and over again to help you regain that confidence.
